The Pedler Company was an old American company that operated up until the 1950s. They made a range of clarinets in wood, hard rubber, and metal, and sold instruments under several names, including this Premier-American three-piece metal clarinet #26417. This wonderful old instrument has been lovingly restored with new premium pads and corks. The mechanism is tight, with no dents. It has silver-plated keys and body. Tunable barrel. It comes with its serviceable case and an older George Bundy hard-rubber mouthpiece. This is a solid, quality metal clarinet that plays well. $400 plus shipping. Please see the photographs.

Please note:
As professional repair technicians, our labor to completely overhaul a clarinet is approximately $250-$300. When you purchase one of our clarinets, it has been professionally overhauled with the mechanism tightened, new double-skin pads, and new corks. While you can purchase as-is instruments for less, it is likely that you will have to invest in an overhaul either before you play it or shortly thereafter. We don’t cut corners with cheaper supplies or patchwork. When you compare our quality, you will understand why we don’t accept lower “make offers” on our instruments.
