Shipping policy

We charge approximately the actual costs of shipping the instrument to you and applicable insurance.  

Musical Instruments are delicate and require special packing and shipping including larger boxes and additional packing materials. We recommend that you retain the original shipping packing and box until you are satisfied with your purchase. 

We usually ship UPS ground within the United States but will quote other shipping modes upon request. 

We will be happy to calculate international shipping charges upon request. 

Insurance regulations prevent us from shipping to post office boxes and current international regulations prevent overseas shipping of protected species wood instruments.    .
