Scarce Pan American four-piece professional metal clarinet. This clarinet is solid nickel-silver (unplated) and is stamped 584N on the key lever with a serial number 4967. We estimate this instrument was made in 1929. We overhauled it with all-new pads, corks, and needle springs. The bell is marked “Brilliante.” No dents. We lacquered the body with a clear lacquer to make maintenance easier. The keys are nickel-silver. This is a robust, professional-grade metal clarinet. Comes with a Selmer HS* hard rubber mouthpiece and replacement case. Please see the photographs. $800 plus shipping. After playing this clarinet, we know why these are sought after.

Please note:
As professional repair technicians, our labor to completely overhaul a clarinet is approximately $250-$300. When you purchase one of our clarinets, it has been professionally overhauled with the mechanism tightened, new double skin pads, and new corks. While you can purchase as-is instruments for less, it is likely that you will have to invest in an overhaul either before you play them or shortly thereafter. We don’t cut corners with cheaper supplies or patchwork. When you compare our quality, you will understand why we don’t accept lower “make offers” on our instruments.
