Harold Freeman was a clarinet virtuoso who played professionally with major orchestras, taught lessons, and operated a music store in New York in the mid-1900s. Clarinets bearing his name were sold by him as professional instruments and were made in France.  We restored this instrument Serial #699 with completely new double bladder pads and new corks. No cracks. Mechanism tight. Raw nickel-silver keys. H. Freeman clarinets are well-regarded instruments. Comes with a good replacement case and a hard rubber mouthpiece. Own a great vintage professional model clarinet for $675 plus shipping. Please see the photographs.

Please note:
As professional repair technicians, our labor to completely overhaul a clarinet is approximately $250-$300. When you purchase one of our clarinets, it has been professionally overhauled with the mechanism tightened, new double skin pads, and new corks. While you can purchase as-is instruments for less, it is likely that you will have to invest in an overhaul either before you play them or shortly thereafter. We don’t cut corners with cheaper supplies or patchwork. When you compare our quality, you will understand why we don’t accept lower “make offers” on our instruments.
